Hello! We are so glad that you found us. Nestled within lush greenery in the urban space of Walnut Hills, The Palomar Cincinnati will act as a full-service wedding ceremony and reception site beginning in 2023. We have interior space to accommodate up to 250 guests seated for both a wedding ceremony and a reception, as well as for personal or corporate events. We will also have an outdoor garden space available for outdoor events.
Originally built in 1884, the gothic-style church was dedicated in 1885 and became home to the Church of the Assumption. The church was designed by renowned architect, Albert C. Nash. He also worked on Cincinnati Hospital (now part of the University of Cincinnati) prior to the church. The church was operational until 1999 when its congregants were absorbed to other parishes.
Cosmetic renovations are currently underway as of May 2022; we hope to be operational by Spring 2023. We welcome any inquiries and are currently booking tours of our space!
