All Palomar food experiences are led by Executive Chef Jason and Director of Catering Operations Jana - both of whom are culinary storytellers who combine local produce with global flavors to create a custom-designed meal that reflects your favorite foods in your preferred style of presentation. Whether it's inspiring small bites, extensive buffet stations, or an elegant multi-course plated dinner, these two go the extra mile to wow your senses in food presentation and flavor. Our goal is five-star, restaurant-quality food so your guests say, "That was the best food I've ever had at an event."
All signed events include a catering planning meeting about six to nine months before your event as well as a tasting for two guests. Options for select guests with severe allergies and/or food preferences such as vegan or vegetarian are also included in your food package.
